To register and use a c333 account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be the person whose identity you have registered under — no registering on behalf of another person.

• You must not be on any internal c333 exclusion list or have been previously banned from the platform for any reason.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a household with a c333 employee or business partner.

c333 reserves the right to request identity verification — including a copy of your CNIC — at any point. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory verification, your account may be restricted or closed and any funds returned to your verified payment method.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one c333 account. Creating more than one account — whether to claim additional bonuses, circumvent a restriction, or for any other reason — is a breach of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, c333 will close all accounts associated with that individual, void any bonus funds, and may forfeit any outstanding balance at its discretion.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. c333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your password.

• Keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date so that security notifications reach you.

c333 reserves the right to carry out verification checks on any account at any time, including requiring proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. These checks are standard across the industry and exist to protect both the player and the platform.

All financial transactions at c333 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). c333 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side, though your own bank or payment provider may apply their standard charges as per their terms.

Accepted payment methods at c333 include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

c333 processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes:

This is not a common occurrence for normal player activity but is a standard risk-management practice. Minimum deposit is Rs 500; minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank and card methods.

Where there is a conflict between the general terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

Key rules that apply to all bonuses at c333:

• Bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Your real-money deposit balance is always available for withdrawal regardless of bonus status. Withdrawing your deposit before a wagering requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• c333 reserves the right to remove bonus funds if there is evidence they were claimed fraudulently or through multiple accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at c333 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or miscalculations in game software — any winnings generated from exploits will be voided.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any other game where such behaviour confers an unfair advantage.
• Chip dumping, match fixing, or any other manipulation of game results.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or c333's back-end systems without authorisation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

If c333 identifies any of the above conduct, it reserves the right to void all bets placed by the offending account, forfeit any balance remaining, close the account permanently, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities. c333's decision on matters of fair play is final.

All bets placed on c333 — whether on cricket, esports, or any other sports market — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. c333 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled by the player.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that market. In most cases, bets on abandoned matches are returned to the player's balance as a void.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. c333 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market at any time.
• Where an obvious error in odds is identified — such as a typographical mistake resulting in an unusually high price — c333 reserves the right to void the affected bets. This applies even if the bet has been confirmed and a reference issued.
• Live in-play betting is subject to a mandatory acceptance delay of up to 5 seconds during which odds may change. If the odds change significantly during this period, c333 may offer you the new odds, which you can accept or decline.

c333 takes its responsibility toward player welfare seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible in your account settings at any time and include:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when lowered. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they activate.
• Session Reminders: Set a timer that notifies you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the c333 platform. Temporary exclusions can be set from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Operation of more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that c333 considers abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or to platform staff.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to active bonus wagering will be returned to the player's verified payment method, except in cases of fraud where the funds may be held pending investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their c333 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following identity verification. Voluntary account closure can be initiated via live chat or by emailing support@c333.cash.

c333 is not liable for any failures or delays in payment processing caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or any third-party payment intermediary.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the c333 service — a payment, a game result, a bonus, or a support interaction — the process for raising it is as follows:

When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account and display a notice on the platform for a period of at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

If you continue using c333 after the effective date of any update, you are considered to have accepted the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account before the effective date and any remaining balance will be returned to you.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, formatting improvements, or updates to contact details — may be made without notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
